NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. THE
ROOF COVERING HAS ROTTED AWAY ALLOWING
RAIN TO ENTER THE BUILDING. THE ROOF
SHEATHING AND MOST RAFTERS ARE ALSO
ROTTEN. THE BOTTOM PLATE OF THE WALLS
HAS ROTTED AWAY IN SEVERAL AREAS AND
THERE IS NO WAY TO ANCHOR THE BUILDING
TO THE SLAB. I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE PROPERTY.

MOWED THE GRASS AND WAS QUESTIONING THE
MOWING OF THE YARD NEAR THE SHED.
EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT ONCE THE PROPERTY
HAS A STRUCTURE ON IT HE HAS TO MAINTAIN
THE YARD. ALSO EXPLAINED THAT CLYDE HAD
GIVEN THIS TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL TO
INSPECT THE CONDITION OF THE SHED. HE
SAID HE IS THINKING ABOUT REPAIRING.
ASKED HIM TO GET WITH BUILDING DEPT. TO
MAKE SURE IF HE NEEDS PERMITS OR NOT.
HE DIDN'T WANT TO SPEAK TO BUILDING AT
THIS TIME. BEV
