APPROXIMATELY 1:30 THIS AFTERNOON. THE
RESIDENCE WAS LOCKED AND I COULD NOT
GAIN ACCESS, BUT THE THINGS THAT NEEDED
TO BE DONE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
RESIDENCE HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED.
BESIDES THE LANDING, STAIRS, AND RAILING
TO BE BUILT OUTSIDE THE REAR DOOR, THE
REAR DOOR KNOB APPEARS TO STILL NEED
CHANGING. ON THIS INSPECTION IT HAS ALSO
BEEN NOTED THAT SOME WINDOWS HAVE BEEN
CAULKED SHUT(POSSIBLY EGRESS)AND SEVERAL
SCREENS ARE MISSING. TURNED OVER TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT AT THIS TIME.
07-01-200812:13 PMINITIAL INSPECTIONI FOUND THAT A NEW PLYWOOD FLOOR WAS
PLACED OVER AN OLD FLOOR WITHOUT
REPLACING THE ROTTEN SPOTS IN THE OLD
FLOOR, WHICH WILL, AND IN SOME PLACES
HAS RESULTED IN A MILDEW PROBLEM. THE
FUNGUS PROBLEM IS EVIDENT FROM THE ODOR
AND IN SOME PLACES VISUALLY. REPAIR ANY
HOLES AND ROTTEN AREAS TO PREVENT INSECT
AND RODENT INFESTATION.

BOTH THE FRONT DOOR AND REAR DOOR ARE
STILL LEAKING & MUST BE REPAIRED. THE
FLOOR AT BOTH DOORS HAS EVIDENCE OF
ROTTING.

THE ROOF IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND
NEEDS ATTENDING TO. SEVERAL STAINS AND
PATCHES ON THE CEILING INSIDE THE MOBILE
NEED REPAIR AND PAINT, OR MAYBE A NEW
CEILING.

THE STEPS AT THE REAR DOOR MUST BE
REPLACED WITH A NEW LANDING (4 FT. WIDE
BY 3FT. DEEP) & STEPS WITH NO MORE THAN
7 3/4 RISE AND NO LESS THAN 9" TREAD
DEPTH AND A HAND RAIL WITH BALUSTERS
SPACED AT NO MORE THAN 4" . ALSO A
WORKING DOOR KNOB MUST BE INSTALLED ON
THE BACK DOOR.
