08-25-200801:02 PMSTANDARD HOUSING CODETHIS STRUCTURE IS A CONCRETE BLOCK HOME
WITH TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM AND SHINGLE ROOF.
THE SHINGLES APPEAR TO BE IN FAIR
CONDITION, BUT THERE ARE SEVERAL LEAKS
IN THE ROOF AS NOTED BY LOOKING THROUGH
THE WINDOWS. THE VALLEY AT THE FRONT
ENTRY HAS ROTTEN SHEATHING DUE TO LONG
EXPOSURE TO WATER LEAKING IN. THE
LIVING ROOM HAS A LARGE AREA OF THE
CEILING THAT HAS FALLEN DOWN DUE TO
LEAKING. THE REAR (NORTH) SIDE OF THE
HOME HAS A GLASSED IN PORCH AREA THAT
NEARLY ALL THE CEILING HAS FALLEN DOWN.
THIS AREA HAS A FLAT DECK ROOF WITH
SMALL MANSARD AT THE OVERHANG. THERE IS
SOME ROTTEN WOOD IN THIS PART AS WELL.
THE HOME IS IN GOOD CONDITION OVERALL
BUT WILL NEED THE ROOF REPAIRED SOON TO
PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE TRUSS SYSTEM. THE
DOORS WERE LOCKED, SO A COMPLETE
INTERIOR INSPECTION WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

GRASS BUT NO VIOLATION. THE HOUSE
DOESN'T HAVE ANY BROKEN WINDOWS, ALL
DOORS ARE CLOSED, THE ROOF LOOKS GOOD,
EXCEPT ON THE REAR ON THE BACK THERE IS
SOME FASCIA FALLING OFF, JUST LOOKS RUFF

TO NO LIVING HERE NOW. FOUND NO
VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME, BUT WILL ASK A
FOR A SHC INSPECTION. NEIGHBOR IS
CONCERNED WITH THE LOOKS OF THE INSIDE,
THE CEILING IS FALLING DOWN ON THE BACK
