BUILDING. THERE IS ELECTRICAL WIRING,
A/C UNIT, TIMERS AND GROW LIGHTS INSIDE
THE STRUCTURE THAT IS NOT TO CODE.
ELECTRICAL POWER HAS BEEN CONNECTED FROM
THE METER CAN BYPASSING THE METER.
THERE IS A SECONDARY PANEL BOX WITH
TRANSFORMERS THAT ARE NOT TO CODE AND
POSSESS A SAFETY HAZARD. THIS BUILDING
IS NOT SAFE IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION.
ALL ELECTRICAL NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY AN
ELECTRICIAN AND ITEMS NOT TO CODE
REMOVED BEFORE THE STRUCTURE WOULD BE
SAFE FOR USE. THERE IS ALSO A DOUBLE
WIDE MOBILE HOME ON THE PROPERTY THAT
WAS BEING OCCUPIED BY THE OWNERS. NO
CODE OR SAFETY VIOLATIONS WERE VISABLE
IN THE HOME.
