HOUSING DEPT. PUT HIM ON A LIST FOR LOW
INCOME HOUSING SO THAT HE CAN LIVE THERE
WHILE THEY PLACE THE MH. AND DEMO THE
OLD. HE SAID HE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY
FOR THE APT. SUGGESTED TO HIM TO STAY
WITH A FRIEND FOR THE TIME PERIOD OF THE
MOVE, HE SAID HE WOULD WORK ON THAT.

THE TRASH AND DEBRIS. ASKED HIM TO MAKE
AN EFFORT TO START GETTING RID OF THE
JUNK AND THAT I WOULD BE DOING A
REINSPECTION ON THE PROPERY IN TWO
WEEKS. TOLD HIM THAT I COULD HAVE
WRITTEN CITATIONS ALREADY. HE ALSO
KNOWS THAT HIS MOTHER IS WORKING ON
TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT MOBILE HOME

POOR CONDITION. THE EAST SIDE EXTERIOR
BERING WALLS ARE COMPLETELY ROTTED AND
NOT STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THERE ARE
SEVERAL BROKEN WINDOWS THAT ALLOW
MOISTURE AND RAIN INTO THE HOME. THERE
IS AN ATTACHED WOOD FRAME ADDITION ON
THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOME THAT HAS A
FLAT CONVENTIONAL ROOF-OVER THAT IS
SAGGIN AND ROTTED. THE HOME HAS MINIMAL
BLOCKING AND TIE DOWNS. THE INTERIOR OF
THE HOME IS FILLED WITH CLOTHING,
FURNITURE AND TRASH. THERE IS ROTTEN
FOOD AND GARBAGE THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN
WHICH POSSES A HEALTH HAZARD FOR THE
OCCUPANTS. THE FLOORS ARE ROTTED
THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THERE ARE EXPOSED
WIRES ON SEVERAL RECEPTICALS. THE
OUTSIDE SERVICE PANEL IS OPEN WITH
EXPOSED WIRES, THIS POSSES AN ELECTRICAL
HAZARD. I ADVISED THE OWNER/TENANT MR
RONNIE CRAVEN, THAT THE HOME IS NOT SAFE
TO OCCUPY AND THE HOME CAN NOT BE
REPAIRED. I ALSO ADVISED MR. CRAVEN
THAT HE NEEDED TO SECURE AND LOCK THE
ELECTRICAL SERRVICE PANEL WITHIN 24 HRS
OR THE ECTRIC TO HOME WOULD BE
DISCONNECTED. THIS HOME POSSES A HEALTH
AND SAFETY HAZARD AND NEED TO BE REMOVED
OR DEMOLISHED. *NOTE, RECHECKED
ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX AND IT HAS BEEN
SECURED AND LOCKED.

TO BE CLEANED UP. HE ALSO HAS SOMEONE
LIVING IN THE RV. RONNIE ALSO TOLD ME
THAT HRS HAS COME TO THE PROPERTY AND
DONE A HOUSE INSPECTIONS IN ORDER FOR
HIS GIRLFRIENDS CHILDREN TO COME LIVE
WITH HER IN THE HOME. RONNIE SAID THAT
HE DIDN'T THINK THAT THEY WOULD ALLOW
THEM TO LIVE THERE, HE KNEW THE HOUSE
WAS IN BAD SHAPE BUT HAS NO MONEY TO DO
REPAIRS OR TO PURCHASE A NEW HOME. TOLD
HIM THAT HRS NEEDS TO BE CONTACTED AND
HIS GIRLFRIEND SAID SHE WOULD GET ME THE
NAME OF THE LADY, THAT SHE WAS A LONG
BLONDE HAIR LADY. THEY WERE WANTING ME
TO CONTACT BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN
GET MORE HELP IN THE MATTER? TOLD HIM I
COULD
ACTUALLY WRITE HIM CITATIONS FOR MOST
OF THESE PROBLEMS BECAUSE WARNINGS
ALREADY GIVEN IN LAST YEAR I THOUGHT,
WILL HAVE TO CHECK THAT. GUY DID A
STANDARD HOUSING CODE INSPECTION AND
WILL GET THE REPORT TO ME WHEN
FINISHED.
