WINDOW IN THE KITCHEN THERE ARE SEVERAL

GUY ALLEN HAS DECLARED BUILDING UNSAFE
AND TO DEMO. GAVE UNTIL 7-31-08 TO
REMOVE AND SM HEARING WILL BE 9-11-08.

FAMILY WOOD FRAME RESIDENCE. THE HOME
IS VACANT AND IN VERY POOR CONDITION.
MOST OF THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS
ARE BROKEN, ALLOWING RAIN AND MOISTURE
INTO THE HOME. THERE IS A WOOD FRAME
FRONT PORCH ON THE HOME THAT IS SEVERLY
ROTTED AND ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE.
THE EAST SIDE BEARING EXTERIOR WALL
APPEARS TO BE WEAK AND NOT STRUCTURALLY
SOUND DUE TO MOISTURE AND ROT. THE
ASBESTOS SIDING IS MISSING ON MANY PARTS
OF THE HOME, EXPOSING THE EXTERIOR
BEARING WALLS. THE HOME WAS LOCKED AND
AN INSIDE INSPECTION COULD NOT BE
PERFORMED. DUE TO THE AGE OF THE HOME
AND THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE TO THE EXTERIOR
AND STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY THE COST TO
REPAIR THE STRUCTURE WOULD WELL EXCEED
THE VALUE. THIS HOME NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED AND IS A HEALTH
AND SAFETY HAZARD IN ITS CURRENT
