NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET CAME OVER AND
SAID THAT HE HAS TO BRING THE OWNER BACK
HIS DEAD OR SICKLY CATS OR KITTENS ALL
THE TIME. THE OWNER JUST THROWS FOOD ON
THE GROUND BY THE FRONT DOOR AND ON HE
GOES EVERYDAY. THEY JUST KEEP BREEDING
MORE. THE NEIGHBORS ARE TIRED OF THE
CATS RUNNING AND THE SMELL, HE SAID THAT
ONE NEIGHBOR PLACES TRAPS BUT THERE ARE
TO MANY TO CATCH. LEFT A CARD ON THE
DOOR ASKING OWNER TO CALL OR A SECOND
LIEN WILL HAVE TO BE PLACED FOR THE CAR
