ALL BEEN REPAIRED AND EXTERIOR DOORS
BOTH
CLOSE AND LOCK PROPERLY. OWNER IS
CLEANING OUT TRASH FROM INSIDE AND
DISCUSSED PLANS TO REPAIR REAR PORCH.
HAS TO RETURN HOME THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER
4TH FOR DOCTOR APPOINTMENT. OWNER HAS
ALSO HAD ELECTRICAN INSTALL GFI
RECEPTACLES AT KITCHEN SINK AND
BATHROOMS. HE HAS ALSO INSTALLED TWO
SMOKE DETECTORS IN HOME. WITH THE
IMPROVEMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE, I
WOULD RECOMMEND THE OWNER BE ALLOWED TO
CONTINUE WORKING ON THE SITE AND STOP
THE DEMO PROCESS. THIS WOULD BE
DEPEDANT ON THE WORK CONTINUING IN A
TIMELY MANNER. HE IS ASKING FOR TIME
TO COMPLETE PORCH REPAIRS AND
REPAINT INTERIOR WALLS. I TOLD HIM I

GRAFITTI AND BEER BOTTLES THROUGHOUT
THE
HOME. DUE TO THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE IN
THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME IT WOULD NOT
BE
FEASIBLE TO REPAIR IT. THIS HOME IS A
HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD AND NEEDS TO
BE
REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED.
