ORGINIAL COMPLAINT DIDN'T SAY TO INSPECT
THE SEAWALL, SO I WENT BACK OUT. THE
PROPERTY OWNER WAS THERE, BILL
901-619-0604, SHIRLEY 901-647-7078. HE
SAID THE SEAWALL WAS PUT IN ONE YEAR AGO
AND THEY DID BRING IN SOME DIRT. THE
SEAWALL DOES GO OUT FURTHER PAST THE LOT
LINE, BUT SO DOES BOTH NEIGHBORS ON BOTH
SIDES. THE WALL IS REALLY A RETAINING
WALL, IT DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH THE WATER.
THE DOCK, DECKING AND BOATHOUSE IS NOT
IN VIOLATION. HAVE SENT THIS TO KENYA
IN ENGINEERING FOR REVIEW AND WILL GET
WITH LINDA. TOLD OWNER I WOULD CALL HIM
WHEN I FIND OUT INFORMATION, BEV
