OTHER DEPT. SUCH AS ENGINEERING WOULD
NEED TO BE INVOLVED FOR MONITORING WELLS
AND SUCH. SHE WAS UPSET AND CRYING AND
WAS CONCERNED THAT SHE WAS TOLD BY TOMMY
TO MOVE THE DIRT AND NOW BY MYSELF THAT
IT IS NOT PERMITTED. WE GAVE HER SOME
THOUGHTS TO CONTACT OTHER PROPERTY
OWNERS THAT HAVE PROPER ZONING OR
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS ON THEIR PROPERTY TO
STORE THE DIRT AND TRY TO SEEK THIS OUT
AND MOVE THE DIRT WITHIN 30 DAYS, BEV

PROPERTIES. HE IS UPSET THAT HE IS

COME INTO PROBLEMS BECAUSE SOMEONE
COMPLAINED. HE WAS TOLD TO MOVE THE SAND
ONTO HIS PROPERTY ZONED B-3 WHICH FACES
SR 64. I EXPLAINED THAT YOU CAN'T STORE
SAND ON B-3 THAT HE NEEDS A I-2 ZONING.
HE IS GOING TO CONTACT ZONING DEPT TO
CHECK ON A PUBLIC HEARING AND HE ALSO
SAID THAT BEN HILL GRIFFIN RIGHT NEXT TO
HIM GOT A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO STORE
THE SAND ON FROM WALMART. HIS SAND CAME
FROM WALMART ALSO AND HE IS GOING TO BE
TAKING TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR WALMART
IN SEBRING BUT NOT SURE WHEN. TOLD HIM
TO STOP MOVING TO B-3 PROPERTY FOR NOW
AND CONTACT ZONING. GAVE 30 DAYS TO
CONTACT ZONONG. BEV
