LIVING ROOM WHERE IT APPEARS IT IS

USED BY VAGRANTS. THERE IS NO ELECTRIC
OR RUNNING WATER TO THE HOME. THE
BATHROOM VANITY AND FLOORING IS ROTTED
AND THE TOILET APPEARED TO BE FILLED
WITH FECES. THIS HOME IS A HEALTH AND
SAFETY HAZARD AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED
TO
MEET MANUFACTURED HOUSING STANDARDS.
THIS HOME NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR
DEMOLISHED.
