SEVERAL AREAS THAT ARE ROTTED AND NEED
REPAIR. THE PLYWOOD SOFFIT ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF THE HOME IS ROTTED AND NEEDS
REPAIR. THE BEDROOM DOORS ARE TORN FROM
THE HINGLES AND THE BATHROOM DOOR CAN
NOT BE CLOSED FOR PRIVACY. THE TOILET
IS LOOSE FROM THE FLOOR AND THE WAX RING
IS LEAKING. THERE IS A HOLE UNDER THE
KITCHEN SINK THAT NEEDS TO BE SEALED
FROM WEATHER AND PEST. THE HOME HAS NO
MEANS OF HEAT AND THE TENANT IS USING
PORTABLE HEATERS. I MADE CONTACT WITH
THE OWNER/LANDLORD
MRS. MINNIE HARRIS, 863-453-6126, AND
ADVISED HER OF THE NEEDED REPAIRS. I
WILL REINSPECT AFTER REPAIRS ARE
COMPLETE.
