TO BE REMOVED EITHER BY BURNING, CUTTING

REMOVING FROM THE PROPERTY. ALSO THE
VEHICLES WITH NO TAGS. HE SAID HE WILL
ENCLOSED THE TRUCK THAT IS UNDER THE
CARPORT CANOPY, THE BIG TRUCK IS USED
FOR AG PURPOSES AND THE GREEN JEEP IS
OFF ROAD JEEP. GAVE A VERBAL OF 30 DAYS
TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO GETTING SOME OF THE
PILE REMOVED. GREG HAS INFORMED ME THAT
HE HAS SOME BACK PROBLEMS, WEARING A
BRACE AND GOING TO THE DOCTORS. ASKED
HIM TO WORK ON WHAT HE CAN AND I AM TO
CALL HIM TO MEET HIM AT THE SITE IN 30

THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFTEY HAZARD WITH
THE PILE OF DEBRIS BEING SO CLOSE TO
OTHER RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES AS WELL AS
HARBORAGE THAT COULD APPEAR WITH THE
LARGE PILE. SUGGESTION WAS TO SPEAK
WITH OWNER AND ADVISE THEM TO START

REALLY MAD WHEN I TALKED ABOUT THE
DEBRIS. HE LOST SO MANY TREES IN THE
2004 STORMS AND THE ONLY WAY THE COUNTY
WOULD HAVE PICKED THEM UP WAS FOR HIM TO
BRING THEM ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF
HARD PAVEMENT IN FRONT OF THE MOBILE
HOME ENTRANCE. HE KNEW THOSE PEOPLE
WOULD HAVE BEEN UPSET, IT WOULD HAVE
BLOCK THEIR DRIVE AND KILLED THEIR
GRASS. HE SAID IT HAS GONE DOWN AND HE
CAN'T AFFORD TO HAUL IT OFF. HE HAS
SOME TIRES ON A TRAILER IN BACK, ASKED
HIM TO CLEAN THAT UP AND TO START TAKING
BARRELS OF THE DEBRIS OUT TO THE STREET
FOR PICK UP. HE SAID HE WILL TRY TO
START BURNING SOME ALSO. WE MEASURED
THE DISTANCE FROM THE PILE TO THE
PROPERTY LINES.

WEST 40' TO THE PROPERTY LINE

TOLD GREG I WOULD BRING THIS BACK TO
LINDA SEE WHAT SHE THINKS, I TOLD HIM WE
HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED THIS AND FEEL IT
FALLS UNDER THE NUISANCE CODE FOR
HARBORAGE OF RATS AND MICE AND HE FEELS
THAT COULD BE ANYWHERE, AND TOLD HIM
HEALTH AND SAFETY IF FIRE. HE IS
UNHAPPY, FEELS THAT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO
MOVE THIS. HE WANTS TO KNOW WHEN THE
NEIGHBORS ARE GOING TO STOP HARRASSING
THEM, SINCE THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT
THIER BUSINESS WITH THE KENNEL? TOLD
HIM I WOULD CALL HIM IN TWO WEEKS. BEV

AND SHE HAS TOLD ME TO SITE OWNER FOR
NUISANCE CODE FOR ACCUMULATION OF TRASH
AND DEBRIS, WHICH CAN HARBORAGE OF RATS
OR MICE, ALSO FOR PILE BEING SO CLOSE TO
RESIDENTS THAT IT COULD BE A FIRE ISSUE,
HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE FOR HURRICANES
AND SUCH. ALSO HAD PHONE CONFERENCE
CALL WITH LINDA, RICKY HELMS, ASST.
COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR AND MYSELF
REGARDING ARE THERE ANY CODE VIOLATIONS
ON THIS PROPERTY AND ARE WE WORKING THE
CASE. LETTER WAS SENT ASKING ABOUT THE
HEAVY EQUIPMENT, FRONT END LOADER AND
BACK HOE, WHICH ARE NOT A VIOLATION DUE
TO AG PROPERTY. THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK
YOU CAN HAVE ONE COMM.VEHICLE OVER ONE
TON IF YOU HAVE 5 ACRES OR MORE ON AG
ZONED PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT A
VIOLATION UNLESS NO CURRENT TAG. ALSO
THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS BEING RUN FROM
THE PROPERTY. DIDN'T FEEL LIKE FROM THE
VIEW OF THE PROEPRTY THAT IT WAS. THERE
IS SOME BUILDING MATERIAL ON SITE BUT
NOT NEW, DANA DID EXPLAINED TO ME THAT
THEY HAD SOME WOOD GIVEN TO THEM
RECENTLY AND THEY ARE GOING TO BUILD
SOME SHELVING FOR THEMSELVES. EXPLAINED
TO MR. HELMS THAT I HAVE TWO CASES, THAT
I AM GOING BACK OUT NOW THAT I HAVE
SPOKEN TO LINDA REGARDING LARGE PILE,
AND THAT I WILL CHECK ON THE VEHICLES
AND CURRENT TAGS AND ANOTHER CASE
REGARDING THE BARKING OF DOGS AT KENNEL

BARN WITH STORAGE IN IT, THERE IS
VEHICLES THAT THEY OWN ON THE PROPERTY
AND A HUNTING JEEP. WILL RESEARCH
REGARDING THE DEBRIS. BEV
