ATTACHED ADDITION ARE ROTTED AND SAGGING
IN MANY AREAS AND IS NOT STRUCTURALLY
SOUND. THE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE OPENED
AND DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. MANY OF THE
EXTERIOR WINDOWS ARE BROKEN. MOST OF
THE ALUMINUM SIDING ON THE MOBILE HOME
IS GONE, EXPOSING THE EXTERIOR BEARING
STUDS. THE ENTIRE WEST SIDE OF THE
EXTERIOR BEARING WALL IS ROTTED AND NOT
STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THE INTERIOR OF THE
HOME IS COMPLETELY FILLED WITH GARBAGE
AND DEBRIS. THE CEILINGS HAVE COLLAPSED
IN MANY AREAS AND THE INTERIOR HAS
SUFFERED MAJOR WATER DAMAGE. THERE IS A
STRONG SMELL OF MOLD AND MILDEW
THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS HOME IS NOT
REPAIRABLE. THE COST TO REPAIR WOULD
FAR EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE.
THE HOME IS A SEVERE HEALTH AND SAFETY
HAZARD AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR
DEMOLISHED.
