GOOD CONDITION WITH ALL DOORS AND
WINDOWS INTACT. THE RISER AT THE METER
CAN HAS BEEN CUT OPEN AND THE WIRES WERE
SPLICED BEFORE THE METER. THE WIRE FROM
THE SPLICE GOES TO TWO SEPARATE PANEL
BOXES THAT ARE INDEPENDENT FROM THE
HOMES MAIN PANEL BOX. THE LIVING ROOM,
BEDROOMS (2)& (3), THE GARAGE AND
UTILITY ROOM HAVE INSULATION BOARD
COVERING THE DRYWALL. THERE ARE
ELECTRICAL WIRES AND EXTENSION CORDS RAN
THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THERE ARE TWO
EXTRA CENTRAL A/C UNITS FOR BEDROOMS 2 &
3 AND ONE UNIT FOR THE GARAGE AND
UTILITY ROOM. THE ROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN
CONVERTED TO NURSERYS ALSO CONTAIN AN
INDOOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM ALONG WITH GROW
LIGHTS AND CLIMATE CONTROLS. THE MASTER
BEDROOM HAD NO VISABLE CODE VIOLATIONS.
THE MASTER BATHROOM CONTAINED A CLOTHES
WASHER INSTALLED ABOVE THE SPA TUB.
THIS HOME IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION IS
NOT SAFE TO OCCUPY. ALL ELECTRICAL
SUB-PANELS AND WIRING WILL NEED TO BE
REMOVED. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO THE
HOME NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN. ALL THE INTERIOR
IRRIGATION AND INSULATION NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED. THE DRYWALL AND INSULATION
WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED WHERE THERE IS
WATER DAMAGE. THE RISER AT THE METER
WILL ALSO NEED TO BE REPLACED. UNTIL
ALL NEEDED REPAIS ARE MADE THIS HOME IS
A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD AND SHOULD
NOT BE OCCUPIED.
