METER CAN WERE SPLICED BEFORE THE
METER.
THE SPLICED WIRES GO TO TWO SEPARATE
PANEL BOXES THAT ARE INDEPENDANT TO THE
HOMES ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THERE IS
INSULATION BOARD OVER THE DRYWALL IN
BEDROOMS TWO & THREE, THE GARAGE,
UTILITY ROOM, AND LIVING ROOM. THERE IS
ELECTRICAL WIRES AND EXTENSION CORDS RAN
THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THERE ARE TWO
SEPARATE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
FOR BEDROOMS TWO AND THREE AND ONE FOR
THE GARAGE, UTILITY AND LIVING ROOM.
THE ROOMS ALSO CONTAIN AN INTERIOR
IRRIGATION SYSTEM WITH GROW LIGHTS. THE
HOME IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION IS NOT
SAFE TO OCCUPY. ALL ELECTRICAL THAT IS
NOT TO CODE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, AND
THE
ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE
CHECKED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. ALL
INSULATION BOARD AND IRRIGATION NEEDS
TO
BE REMOVED. ANY DRYWALL OR INSULATION
THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY WATER NEEDS TO
BE REPLACED. THIS HOME IN ITS CURRENT
CONDITION IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD
AND SHOULD NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL NEEDED
REPAIRS ARE MADE.
