THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN APPEARS TO BE

DIRECTLY UNDER THE HOME, ALLOWING WASTE
WATER TO RUN ON THE GROUND.
THERE IS A 12X12 SEPERATE CONCRETE
BLOCK
UTILITY ROOM THET IS BEING OCCUPIED AS

BEDROOM.
THIS STRUCTURE IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY
HAZARD, AND IS NOT SAFE TO OCCUPY.
DUE TO THE EXTENSIVE REPAIRS NEEDED FOR
THE HOME, THE COST TO REPAIR WILL FAR
EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE HOME.
