SOME EXPOSED ROTTED PLYWOOD AND THE
SHINGLES NEED TO BE REPLACED. ON THE
WEST FRONT OF THE HOME THERE IS AN
ENCLOSED PORCH THAT HAS ROTTED WOOD
SIDING AND THE TRUSS TAILS AND FACIA
BOARDS ARE ROTTED. THE INTERIOR OF THE
HOME IS IN FAIR CONDITION, THE CEILINGS
SHOW NO SIGNS OF LEAKS. THE INTERIOR IS
IN NEED OF CLEANING AND COSMETIC REPAIR.
THIS HOME HAS SUFFERED NEGLECT AND IS IN
NEED OF MAJOR REPAIRS. IF THE REPAIRS
ARE NOT MADE AND THE HOME CONTINUES TO
BE LEFT IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION THE
COST TO REPAIR THE HOME WILL EXCEED THE
VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE.
