A 1990 SKYLINE BUDDY HOUSE, DOUBLE WIDE WITH AN
UNFINISHED PORCH.

TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. ALL WINDOWS
AND DOORS ARE INTACT. THERE IS A
WINDOW
ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME THAT HAS A
CRACK AND HAS BEEN COVERED WITH
PLYWOOD.
TWO FRONT PORCH LIGHTS ARE IN NEED OF
REPAIR. THEY HAVE NO GLOBES AND THE
BULBS ARE HANGING BY THE WIRES. THERE
IS AN ATTACHED UNFINISHED SCREEN ROOM
ON
THE FRONT OF THE HOME THAT HAS A PAN
ROOF SYSTEM. THE INCOMPLETE ALUMINUM
STRUCTURE LACKS SUPPORT POSTS AND
SHOULD
BE COMPLETED TO AVOID DAMAGE FROM WIND.
NO OTHER CODE VIOLATIONS WERE VISABLE
ON
THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME. THE INTERIOR
OF THE HOME COULD NOT BE INSPECTED. THE
UNIT IS VACANT AND WAS LOCKED.
