ROAD AND TO ANYONE ENTERING THE

ATTACHED WOOD FRAME ADDITION ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOME THAT IS NOT TO
CODE. THE ROOF SYSTEM AND FLOORING IS
ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE. THERE IS AN
ATTACHED WOOD FRAME CARPORT ON THE
NORTHSIDE OF THE HOME THAT IS ALSO
SEVERLY ROTTED AND ON THE VERGE OF
COLLAPSE. THIS HOME IS NOT REPAIRABLE
AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED TO MEET
MANUFACTURED HOUSING STANDARDS. THIS
HOME IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION IS A
HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD AND NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED.
