AND DUE TO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE ROOF
SYSTEM AND SEVERE EXPOSURE TO RAIN AND
MOISTURE THIS HOME CAN NOT BE REPAIRED
TO MEET MANUFACTURED HOUSING STANDARDS.
IT IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD AND
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED.
