THE STRUCTURE IS A LATE 50'S EARLY 60'S
32'MOBILE HOME. THE HOME IS IN VERY
POOR CONDITION. THE ROOF SYSTEM HAS A
DOUBLE ROOF OVER CONSISTING OF ALUMINUM
PANS WITH GALVANIZED PANS OVER TOP.
ALL
THE EXTERIOR JALOUSIE WINDOWS ARE
MISSING PANES OF GLASS WHICH ALLOW
RAINS
AND EXPOSURE TO THE OUTSIDE ELEMENTS.
THE NORTH SECTION OF THE REAR EXTERIOR
WALL IS COMPLETELY ROTTED AND NOT
STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THERE ARE NO
TIE-DOWNS VISIBLE UNDER THE MOBILE
HOME.
THE EXTERIOR STEPS ARE CONSTRUCTED OF
STACKED 8"X16" BLOCKS WITH NO
HANDRAILS.
THE ELECTRIC SERVICE HOOKUP IS NOT TO
CODE AND HAS EXPOSED WIRES THAT IMPOSE
A
FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD. THE INTERIOR
CONSISTS OF ONE BEDROOM & A
KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM COMBO AND ONE BATH.
THE BEDROOM HAS NO WORKING RECEPTICALS
AND THE TENANT IS USING AN EXTENSION
CORD FOR POWER. THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS
WEEK AND ROTTED NEAR THE TUB. THERE IS
NO ELECTRICAL BREAKER OR SERVICE PANEL
VISIBLE IN THE HOME. THE HOME IS BEING
RENTED TO TWO SEPERATE INDIVIDUALS, ONE
OCCUPIES THE LIVING ROOM AND THE OTHER
OCCUPIES THE ONE BEDROOM. THIS MOBILE
HOME (PARK MODEL??) IN IT'S CONDITION
IS
A HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD. I ADVISED
THE TENANT, MR. PACHECO, THAT HE NEEDED
TO
FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE. THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT
REPAIRABLE AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR
DEMOLISHED.
