HIM THAT I HAVE HAD COMPLAINTS REGARDING
THE DOGS BARKING. HE SAID THEY USUALLY
ONLY BARK WHEN KIDS COME INTO THE YARD
OR SOMEONE AROUND. TOLD HIM PEOPLE
SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO INTO THEIR BACKYARD
