TRUCKS, ALL JUNK CLEANED UP EXCEPT AN UP
GROUND POOL THAT HE WILL DRAG TO THE
STREET AND THE STUFF AT THE STREET NEEDS
TO BE BUNDLED, BAGGED OR PLACED IN
CONTAINER AND CALL FOR PICK UP. HE WILL
GET THIS DONE, HE CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE
FINES, LIMITED INCOME AND HAS DISABLITY,
AND HE HAD DONE ALOT OF CLEANED UP.

TWO KIDS BUT SHE DOESN'T EVEN STAY THERE
APPARENTLY. HE DOESN'T KNOW THESE
PEOLPE WHO ARE HERE BUT DOESN'T WANT TO
EVIEDT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE PAYING RENT
MONEY TO HIM? HE SAID HE WILL START
CLEANING UP AND HAS HAULED OFF SOME
STUFF. HE PAID THE CITATIONS TODAY AT
$75.00 AND I ALSO GAVE EXTENSION UNTIL
10-5-07 TO COMPLY IF SOME CHANGE THEN WE
WOULD DISCUSS ANOTHER EXTENSION. MR.
WARD HAS A DISABLITY AND CAN ONLY DO
SOME MUCH EACH DAY. BEV

BACK SIDE OF PROPERTY. THEY HAVE

OUTSIDE WORKING ON A VEHICLE, SPOKE WITH
TENANTS AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT SOME

CLEANING UP AND MOST THE STUFF IN THE
REAR IS THE LANDOWNERS. THE TENANTS
HAVE SOME CLEANING TO DO THEMSELVES

CAN'T BE BURNDT UNLESS FIRE PERMIT
GIVEN. EXPLAINED TO THE MAN ABOUT ALL
CARS TO RUN AND HAVE CURRENT TAGS, TO
CLEAN UP THE AREA IN THE SIDE YARD AND
EXPLAINED THAT THEY CAN'T BURN THE
DEBRIS IN PILE UNLESS THEY GET A BURNING
PERMIT BEFORE THEY BURN. GAVE HIM A
BUSINESS CARD AND ASKED HIM TO HAVE THE
TENANT TO CALL ME. TOLD HIM THAT A
WARNING CITATION MAY BE WRITTEN, HE SAID
SOME OF THE STUFF THERE IS THE OWNERS
STUFF. ASKED HIM TO CLEAN UP WITHIN 30
DAYS, WROTE OWNER A CIATION #3034 FOR
5.6-3 FOR ACCUMULATION OF TRASH, DEBRIS,
TIRES AND MORE. GAVE #3035 FOR 5-20
UNLICENSED CARS. GAVE UNTIL 8-30-07 TO
CORRECT, BEV
