ALL DOORS ARE INTACT. THE ROOF SYSTEM
APPEARS SOUND AND THE SHINGLES ARE IN
GOOD CONDITION. THE INTERIOR OF THE
HOME IS IN NEED OF REPAIR. THERE ARE
ELECTRICAL RECEPTICLES AND WIRES RAN
THROUGHOUT THE HOME THAT DO NOT MEET
CODE. THE 2 WEST BEDROOMS HAVE MILDEW
AND WATER DAMAGE FROM AN INTERIOR
IRRIGATION SYSTEM. THE DRYWALL AND
INSULATION WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED AND
REPLACED. THE HOME IN ITS CURRENT
CONDITION IS NOT SAFE TO OCCUPY. AN
ELECTRICIAN WILL NEED TO INSPECT AND
REPAIR THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. ALL
IRRIGATION PIPES AND OTHER ITEMS THAT
ARE NOT TO CODE WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED
AND THE ENTIRE INTERIOR OF THE HOME
WILL
NEED TO BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED BEFORE
THE
HOME WOULD BE SAFE TO OCCUPY.
