CAN BE REPAIRED AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE
DEMOLISHED AT THIS TIME. MR. MOSELEY
WENT ON TO TESTIFY THAT THE HOME IS
CURRENTLY NOT OCCUPIED BUT WOULD NEED TO
BE REPAIRED BEFORE ANYONE COULD OCCUPY
THE HOME. CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER,
CLYDE KOMA, TESTIFIED THAT A VIOLATION
OF COUNTY CODE SECTION 12.16.300 WAS
OBSERVED ON THE PROPERTY, THAT A NOTICE
OF VIOLATION #415 WAS ISSUED ON APRIL
20, 2009, THAT THE RESPONDENT WAS GIVEN
A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME TO CORRECT
THE VIOLATION, AND THAT THE VIOLATION
WAS NOT CORRECTED BY THE DATE SPECIFIED
FOR CORRECTION. MR. KOMA WENT ON TO
TESTIFY THAT THE CASE WAS SCHEDULED FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING AND THAT THE PROPERTY
OWNER AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WERE
PROPERLY NOTIFIED OF THE HEARING. THE
PETITIONER REQUESTED TO BE REIMBURSED

THE BUILDING INSPECTOR HAD BEEN THERE,
WHICH BILL HAD SPOKEN TO GUY WHILE
THERE, THAT I DO THE PAPERWORK NOW AND
HAVE TO SEND THEM A LETTER WITH A COPY
OF THE INSPECTION ALLOWING THEM TO START
SOME REPAIRS AND GET PERMITS TO START
REPAIRS WITHIN 30 DAYS. TOLD HIM THAT
LETTER WOULD BE COMING NEXT WEEK. BEV

MR. REVELLS. HE STATED THE HOME HAS
BEEN
THIS WAY FOR 12 YEARS. HE ALSO STATED
THAT HIS WIFE OWNED THE HOME AND HE DID
NOT CALL IN THE COMPLAINT. HE SAID, NO
WIRES WERE EXPOSED OUTSIDE OF THE WALL
AND
THE INSIDE OF THE HOME WAS FINE. I
ADVISED HIM THAT THE HOME IN ITS
CURRENT
CONDITION IS A SAFETY HAZARD AND NEEDED
TO BE REPAIRED. HOME OWNER WILL BE
