COMMENCE WITH THE EXTERMINATION OF THE
COLONY OF BEES. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
GRANTED THE EMERGENCY REQUEST AND
ORDERED THAT A LIEN BE IMPOSED ON THE
PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 BASED
ON COST OF THE BID TO EXTERMINATE THE

SOFFIT IS FALLING OFF ON MOST OF THE
OVERHANG. THE FASCIA BOARDS ARE ROTTED
AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE HOME NEEDS
A NEW ROOF AND SOME OF THE PLYWOOD
SHEATHING REPLACED. THE ENTIRE EXTERIOR
WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE INTACT. A WOOD
FRAME SECTION OF THE HOME ON THE NORTH
SIDE HAS ROTTED MASONITE SIDING AND IS
ALSO INFESTED WITH A COLONY OF BEES.
THE HOME IS VACANT, BUT LOOKING IN THRU
THE
WINDOWS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS WATER
DAMAGE TO THE CEILING OF THE HOME.
I SPOKE TO A NEIGHBOR MR. GIGUERE AND
HE STATED THE HOME HAS BEEN VACANT FOR

YEARS AND NEGLECTED SINCE THE DAMAGE
FROM THE HURRICANES. THIS HOME APPEARS
TO BE REPAIRABLE AT THIS TIME, BUT IF
IT CONTINUES TO BE NEGLECTED IT WILL
MOST
LIKELY COST MORE TO REPAIR THAN THE
VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. THIS HOME NEEDS
TO BE REPAIRED AND IS A HEALTH AND
SAFETY HAZARD IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION.
