VANDAM HAD SURVEY, THE METER IS IN THE
EASEMENT AND HIS FENCE DOESN'T HAVE A
GATE TO GET TO HIS EASEMENT. THE METER
IS ON THE NEIGHBORS SIDE OF THE PROPERTY
WHICH IS IN HIS REAR YARD. SPOKE TO THE
NEIGHBOR MS. LEPPEK, 471-6286. SHE SAID
SHE HAS NO PROBLEM ALLOWING HIM ACCESS
THE GET TO THE METER AND HER DOGS DON'T
BITE THEY JUST HAVE A BARK. SHE HAD A
PROBLEM THE DAY THE WATER DEPT. CAME
OVER THE FENCE INTO HER YARD TO SHUT OFF
THE METER. SHE FELT LIKE THEY SHOULD
HAVE CONTACTED HER FIRST TO TELL HER
THEY WERE COMING INTO THE YARD. EXPLAIN
TO HER EACH OWNER HAS RIGHT TO THE
EASEMENT AND THEY DON'T REALLY HAVE TO
TELL HER THEY ARE ACCESSING THE METER.
SHE SAID SHE WOULD ALLOW THEM TO GET
THERE. GAVE MR. VANDAM HER PHONE NUMBER
FOR FUTURE USE. BEV
