THE ELECTRICAL WIRES TO THE METER CAN
HAVE BEEN CUT. THE HOME IS VACANT AND
THE POWER HAS BEEN SHUT-OFF FROM THE
SERVICE POLE. THERE IS WIRING AND
RECEPTACLES THROUGHOUT THE HOME THAT
ARE
NOT TO CODE. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAS
MILDEW DAMAGE FROM AN INSIDE IRRIGATION
SYSTEM, ALONG WITH THE REAR FAMILY
ROOM.
THIS HOME IS REPAIRABLE BUT IT WOULD
REQUIRE AN ELECTRICIAN TO THOROUGHLY
INSPECT AND MAKE ALL REQUIRED REPAIRS
TO
THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THE FRONT AND
BACK ROOMS WITH WATER DDAMAGE WILL NEED
NEW SHEETROCK AND INSULATION. THE HOME
WILL ALSO NEED NEW CARPETING AND A
THOROUGH CLEANING BEFORE IT CAN BE
OCCUPIED.
