HOME WITH THE EXTERIOR IN GOOD
CONDITION. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE
INTACT AND THE METAL ROOF IS IN GOOD
CONDITION. THERE IS A SMALL SECTION OF
ALUMINUM SOFFIT OVER THE AIR
CONDITIONING THAT IS MISSING. THE WIRES
THAT COME FROM THE SERVICE POLE TO THE
METER CAN HAVE BEEN CUT AND THE POWER IS
DISCONNECTED. THE HOME IS VACANT AND
LOCKED. I WAS UNABLE TO INSPECT THE
INTERIOR TO DETERMINE IF THE HOME IS
SAFE FOR OCCUPANCY.
