HOME SHE FEELS THAT IF WE ARE GOING TO
SITE HER FOR A BOBCAT OVER 1 TON THEN
WHY CAN YOU PARK A DULLY TRUCK OVER 1
TON AT THE RESIDENT. HER TRUCK IS FOR
HER COMMERCIAL BUSINESS WHICH SHE
OPERATES HER OFFICE SHE SAYS OUT OF THE
HOME. SHE DISAGREES WITH THE CODE AND
FEELS THAT A BOBCAT SHOULD NOT BE
CLASSIFIED AS A COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT.
SHE ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND WILL BE
CALLING LINDA CONRAD TO SPEAK TO HER.
SHE ALSO SAID THAT SHE WILL BE GIVING
THE CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPT. SEVERAL OTHER
ADDRESSES ON HER STREET AND PHOTOS AND
FEELS THESE OTHER ADDRESSES SHOULD BE
VIOLATED ALSO. SHE ALSO FEELS THAT THIS
WAS A BOGUS COMPLAINT SINCE THE DATE
THAT IT WAS GIVEN TO C.E. WAS THE SAME
DATE THAT A CUSTOMER OF HERS WAS CHECKED
ON INSURANCE THROUGH THE BUILDING DEPT
SO SINCE THAT WAS DONE SHE FEELS THAT HE
CAME BACK ON HER SINCE SHE NOW HAS THE
VIOLATION. TOLD HER THAT I WOULD BE
GETTING WITH LINDA MYSELF AND SHE CAN

FOR 12.08.218 HOME OCCUPATION. GAVE
UNTIL 8-6-07 TO CORRECT. THERE IS
A FRONT END LOADER IN THE REAR OF THE
YARD INSIDE THE FENCE LINE. THE SON
TOLD ME THERE IS NO WORK BEING DONE AT
THE HOME WITH THE FRONT END LOADER.
WHILE THERE A WORKER WAS DROPPED OFF BY
ANOTHER WORKER, HE CAME OVER TO TALK TO
ME AND I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS THE OWNER
AND IF HE LIVED THERE AND HE SAID NO HE
WAS ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND HE WAS
JUST DROPPED OFF TO GET HIS CAR, THAT
HE
WORKS FOR THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AT
THIS HOME. HE CALLED THE OWNER TO LET
HER KNOW I WAS THERE AND I SPOKE TO HER
ON THE PHONE. BETTY BARRETT SAYS THAT
THE CHILD INSIDE DIDN'T KNOW THAT THEY
ARE DOING SOME WORK IN THE SIDE YARD
WITH THE FRONT END LOADER.WHEN SHE GOT
HER OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE SHE SAYS THAT
THEY TOLD HER SHE COULD DO HER BUSINESS
OUT OF THE HOME, AND THAT I BETTER SITE
ALL THE OTHERS ON THE STREET ALSO THAT
THERE IS ONE ACROSS THE STREET THAT
BRINGS IN EQUIPMENT ALSO. TOLD HER
THAT
IF SHE WRITES DOWN THE ADDRESS WITH THE
COMPLAINT TO CALL JOE OR MAIL THEM IN
ONCE SHE GETS THE ADDRESS THEN I WILL
WORK THOSE CASES ALSO. EXPLAIN TO HER
THAT THERE IS NO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE
IN
THE COUNTY TO SEEK NOW AND THAT THE
ZONING DEPT. GIVES YOU THE INFORMATION
OF WHERE A BUSINESS ZONING COULD BE,
NOT
TAX COLLECTOR. SHE WAS VERY UPSET AT
ME
AND FEELS THAT SHE CAN RUN HER BUSINESS
OUT OF THE HOME AND THAT THE WORKERS
CAN
REPORT THERE. SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE
NOTICE AND SHE WOULD LOOK AT THEM WHEN

CALL FROM A TARA WELCH, 863-446-0574
FROM ON THE RISE GRADING AND
CONSTRUCTION. SHE ASKED MORE QUESTIONS
REGARDING THIS PROPERTY. SHE SAYS THAT
THERE ARE FOUR WORKERS THAT LIVE AT
THIS
ADDRESS AND THAT THEY WERE COMING HOME.
I ASKED WHY THE GUY TOLD ME NO AND THAT
HE WAS GETTING HIS CAR? ALSO SHE TOLD
ME
THAT THE FRONT END LOADER IS ON LEASE
AND THEY ARE DOING SOME WORK AT THE
HOUSE WITH IT. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THE
MAIN OFFICE FOR THE COMPANY IS IN
WAUCHULA BUT THEY CAN'T LEAVE THE
BOBCAT
ON THE JOB SITES THAT SOMEONE WILL
STEAL
IT THAT THEY DO BRING IT HOME TO THE
ADDRESS IN THE TRAILER. EXPLAIN TO HER
THAT I HAVE BEEN IN THIS AREA BEFORE
AND
HAVE SEEN THIS TRAILER AND BOBCAT
PARKED
ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ALL THE TIME
THAT YOU CAN'T PARK IT ON THE RIGHT OF
WAY EITHER. TOLD HER I WOULD GET WITH
LINDA CONRAD, THE ZONING SUPERVISOR AND
ASKED HER ABOUT THE BOBCAT BEING
CLASIFIED AS COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT AND
