RESIDENCE IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND
THE YARD IS LITTERED WITH DEBRIS AND
TRASH. AROUND THE HOME THERE IS A
STRONG ODOR OF FECES. THE HOME IS
OCCUPIED AND HAS POWER. THE ROOF
STRUCTURE HAS METAL PANS THAT ARE IN
POOR CONDITION AND DO NOT APPEAR TO BE
WATER TIGHT. THE EXTERIOR BEARING WALLS
ARE SEVERLY DAMAGED BY TERMITES AND
MOISTURE. MOST OF THE EXTERIOR WOOD
SHIDING IS ROTTED AND TERMITE DAMAGED.
THE WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE NOT SEALED
ALLOWING MOISTURE AND EXPOSURE TO THE
OUTSIDE ELEMENTS. THE OCCUPANTS REFUSED
TO LET ME CONDUCT AN INSPECTION OF THE
INTERIOR. THE FRONT PORCH ROOF SUPPORTS
ARE COMPLETELY ROTTED AND THE ROOF IS AT
RISK OF COLLAPSE. THIS STRUCTURE IS
NOT SAFE TO OCCUPY. IT IS A HEALTH AND
SAFETY HAZARD AND THE COST TO REPAIR THE
STRUCTURE WOULD WELL EXCEED THE VALUE OF
THE HOME. THIS STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED.

AND TOOK IT INSIDE THE HOME / I CALLED
FOR A BUILDING INSPECTION AND SY SAID
HE WOULD GET TO AS SOON AS HE GOT DONE
