WINDOWS AND DOORS HAVE BEEN LEFT OPENED
FOR SOME TIME. THERE IS A CUT-OUT
OPENING ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME THAT
IS
APPROX. 5'X4' THAT HAS CAUSED
STRUCTURAL
WEAKENING IN THE EXTERIOR BEARING WALL.
THERE IS A PARTIALLY COMPLETED ADDITION
ON THE REAR OF THE HOME. ANOTHER WALL
WAS REMOVED FOR THE ADDITION THAT IS
APPROX. 6'X8' THAT IS ALSO AN EXTERIOR
BEARING WALL. THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME
IS IN VERY POOR CONDITION AND HAS A
STRONG ODOR OF MOLD AND MILDEW FROM
BEING EXPOSED TO THE OUTSIDE ELEMENTS.
THE FLOOR IN THE MASTER BEDROOM IS
COMPLETELY ROTTED AWAY WITH ONLY THE
CARPET REMAINING. THERE ARE EXPOSED
ELECTRICAL WIRES AND RECEPTICALS
THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THIS MOBILE HOME
IS NON-REPAIRABLE DUE TO THE BEARING
EXTERIOR WALL BEING REMOVED AND THE
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY BEING LOST. IT
CAN
NOT BE REPAIRED TO MEET MANUFACTURERS
HOUSING STANDARDS. IT IS A HEALTH AND
SAFETY HAZARD IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION.
THIS HOME NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR
DEMOLISHED.
THERE IS ALSO A GARAGE/POLEBARN AT THE
REAR OF THE PROPERTY, ALSO IN VERY POOR
CONDITION. THE GALVANIZED ROOF PANS
ARE
RUSTED AND SOME HAVE BLOWN OFF THE
ROOF.
THE EXISTING RAFTERS ARE WEATHERED AND
SOME ARE ROTTEN AND IN NEED OF REPAIR.
THE GARAGE/POLEBARN IN ITS CURRENT
