HIRED HIM TO MOW AND CLEAN THE POOL.
EXPLAINED TO THE REALTOR THAT THERE IS A
LIEN BEING PLACED ON THE PROPERTY TODAY
IF THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO BE THERE.
SHE SAID THAT THE OWNER IS NOT GOING TO
BE THERE AND SHE WILL CONTACT THE OWNER
AND LET HIM BE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND
FINES. TOLD HER THAT THE OWNER COULD PUT
SOMETHING IN WRITING TO ASK FOR A
CONTINANCE, GAVE HER A FAX NUMBER.
GAVE THE LAWN MAN A BUSINESS CARD AND
TOLD HIM TO CALL ME WHEN HE GETS DONE
