INPSECTIONS YET. SOMEONE HAS BROUGHT TO OUR
ATTENTION THAT THIS IS A GLASSROOM NO A
SCREENROOM. IF THIS IS A GLASSROOM THEY ARE
SUBJECT TO IMPACT FEES AND THEY HAVE TO CHECK WITH
THE HEALTH DEPT REGARDING THE SEPTIC. PLEASE
CHECK THIS OUT AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU FIND.

WAS DONE THE OWNER ASKED HIM TO PUT IN A
FEW WINDOWS. TOM SAYS THAT HE CALLED
S.Y. AND SPOKE TO RICHARD AND THEY TOLD
HIM TO GO AHEAD AND PUT IN THE WINDOWS
AND COME IN TO CHANGE PERMIT. TOM
EXPLAINED HIS WIFE HAS BEEN ILL FOR THE
LAST 3 WEEKS AND HE WILL HAVE TO GET
WITH HER, HE THOUGHT THE PERMIT WAS
CHANGED. EXPLAINED THAT I SPOKE TO HIM
BACK IN APRIL AND THAT I HAS FOUND NO
PERMIT WITH CHANGES COULD HE WORK ON IT
AND GET BACK WITH ME. BEV

AND HE TOLD HIM TO GET PLANS IN, AND I
EXPLAINED HE NEEDED TO CHANGE HIS
BUILDING PACK WITH ZONING FOR SET BACK
REASON. HE NEEDS 25' IN REAR NOW
INSTEAD OF 15' FOR SCREEN ROOM. TOM
WILL COME IN AND CHANGE PACK WHEN PLANS

ADDITION ON THE REAR OF THE HOME. IT IS
FULLY ENCLOSED WITH GLASS WINDOWS, VINYL
SIDING AND AN INSULATED PANEL ROOF
SYSTEM. ATTACHED TO IT IS A 12X11
SCREEN ROOM, (ALSO NEWLY CONSTRUCTED)THE
INTERIOR WALLS OF THE ADDITION IS
FINISHED WITH DRYWALL. IT HAS TWO
CEILING FANS AND FOUR ELECTRICAL
OUTLETS. THE JOB IS COMPLETE EXCEPT FOR
FLOOR COVERING. THE ROOM SITS ON A
CONCRETE SLAB. THE OWNER MR. GARY VAN
RYSWYK WAS PRESENT AND I ASKED HIM IF HE
DID THE WORK HIMSELF. HE STATED THAT
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION PULLED THE PERMITS
AND DID ALL THE WORK. I INFORMED MR.
VANRYSWK THAT THE PROPER PERMITS NEEDED
TO BE PULLE FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE
AND PLANS WITH WINDOW & DOOR ENGINEERING
HAD TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH
ENGINEERING FOR THE INSULATED ROOF
PANELS. HE STATED THAT HE WAS UNAWARE
THAT THE PROPER PERMITS WERE NOT
OBTAINED IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT THE
ADDITIONS TO HIS HOME. HE SAID THAT HE
WOULD CONTACT QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND
HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF.
