REGARDING THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY
IS NOT ZONED FOR STORAGE SO THE ITEMS
ARE TO BE REMOVED AND A TEMPORARY PERMIT
CAN NOT BE ISSUED, ONE WAS ISSUED IN THE
PAST. MR GARNER WILL NOTIFY THE
RESIDENTS TO REMOVE THEIR ITEMS AND TRY
TO DO BEFORE THEY RETURN UP NORTH. A
LETTER WILL BE SENT OUT TO THE OWNER AND

EQUIPMENT IS HIS THAT HE SAYS HE USES
FOR THE PARK AND IT CAME IN HANDY WHEN
THE HURRICANES WERE HERE IN 2004.
ASKED
HIM IF HE WOULD BE WILLING TO CHANGE
THE
ZONING TO B-3 TO STORE THESE ITEMS ON
THIS PARCEL C. HE HAS SOME OWNERSHIP
ISSUES AND SAYS HE'S NOT SURE IF HE
COULD DO THAT. ASKED HIM TO SEE IF HE
COULD ATTEND THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSION MEETING ON 3-20-07 BECAUSE
THE COLONY POINT MHP WILL BE ON THE
AGENDA. MR. GARNER ASKED IF HE COULD
GET BACK WITH ME AFTER THIS HEARING IN
ORDER FOR HIM TO DECIDE WHAT HE WANTS
TO
DO WITH THIS PARCEL C AND THE CHANGES.
HE ASKED IF HE COULD CALL ME AFTER
TUESDAY MEETING SO HE COULD DECIDE, I
TOLD HIM THAT WOULD BE FINE. HE ALSO
SPOKE TO JIM POLATTY ON THE PHONE
REGARDING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON
3-20-07.
TOLD MR. GARNER THAT ALL THE ITEMS
STORED ON THIS LOT WERE IN VIOLATION
DUE
TO THE PROPERTY NOT BEING ZONED B-3.
ASKED IF HE COULD MOVE THE EQUIPMENT
UNTIL THE PROPERTY WAS TAKEN CARE OF
AND
HE ASKED IF THE RESIDENTS WERE GOING TO
HAVE TO MOVE THEIR BOATS, RV'S AND CARS
ALSO. I EXPLAINED THAT IF HE DECIDED
TO
APPLY FOR THE ZONING CHANGE THEN I
COULD
HOPE TO LEAVE ALL THE ITEMS THERE UNTIL
THE CHANGE TAKES PLACE HE HAS TO GET
SOME THINGS TAKEN CARE OF AND THEN HE
WILL CALL ME BACK.

ALSO ASKED MR. GARNER WHAT THE BOB CAT
WAS DOING IN THE BACKYARD AND THE
TRAILER WITH FENCING IN THE FRONT YARD
OF THE MH AT 1409 BRIARWOOD, THAT HE
LIVES IN. HE HAS A FENCE PERMIT AND IS
REPLACING A FENCE IN THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY. ASKED HIM IF HE COULD STORE
THE EQUIPMENT IN THE PROPERTY WHERE THE
REST IS BEING STORED FOR NOW UNTIL HE IS
ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK. HE IS WORKING
ON THE FENCE. BEV

STORAGE AREA. TOOK PHOTOS BUT CAMERA
SHUTTER WASN'T WORKING AND THE PHOTOS
DIDN'T COME OUT. NEED TO GO BACK AND
TAKE MORE. THERE IS EQUIPMENT, BACK
HOE, TRAILERS, MOWERS, BOATS, RV'S, AND
VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS SOME
WEEDS AND A SMALL TREE GROWING UP
THROUGH THE EQUIPMENT. SOME OF THE
EQUIPMENT LOOKS LIKE IT HASN'T BEEN
USED
IN A LONG TIME AND NOT SURE IF IT RUNS.
VISITED THE OFFICE, WHICH WAS CLOSED,
GOT PHONE NUMBERS OFF THE WINDOW TO
CALL
MR. GARNER.
CALLED AND SPOKE TO A RENEE KENNEDY WHO
IS THE OFFICE CLERK. SHE SAID THAT MR.
GARNER USES THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE PARK.
EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE PROPERTY
WASN'T ZONED CORRECTLY FOR THE STORAGE
THESE USES. SHE GAVE ME THE CELL
NUMBER
FOR MR. GARNER, 513-207-9977.

CALLED MR. GARNER AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON
HIS VOICE MAIL ASKING HIM TO CALL. BEV
