BROKEN. THE WEST SIDE DOOR IS MISSING
WITH A SHEET OF PLYWOOD OVER THE
OPENING. ALL OF THE BLOCK AND STRAPPING
APPEAR TO BE INTACT. THE INTERIOR HAS
MOLD AND MILDEW FROM EXPOSURE TO THE
OUTSIDE ELEMENTS. THE CEILINGS ARE
LEAKING IN MANY AREAS OF THE HOME THAT
CAUSED SOME WATER DAMAGE AND ROT TO THE
ROOF. THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOME HAS AN
OPENING WHERE THE WATER HEATER WAS
INSTALLED. THIS HAS CAUSED SEVERE
DAMAGE TO THE EXTERIOR WOOD FRAMING
BEHIND THE ALUMINUM SIDING. THE CENTER
HALLWAY FLOOR HAS ROTTED AWAY AS WELL AS
THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND TUB WALL. THE
CEILING HAS COLLASPED OVER THE SHOWER
AND TOILET AREA. THIS STRUCTURE IS
NON-REPAIRABLE AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED
TO MEET MANUFACTURED HOUSING STANDARDS
AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
