APPEARS TO BE VACANT WITH NO POWER. THE
HOME IS LOCKED AND IT CAN NOT BE
DETERMINED IF THE HOME IS SAFE TO OCCUPY
WITH OUT AN INTERIOR INSPECTION.

HOME. IT HAS NEW MASONITE SIDING ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE HOME AND A NEW ENTRY
DOOR. THE WINDOWS HAVE ALSO BEEN
REPLACED WITH NEW SINGLE HUNG UNITS.
THIS WORK WAS CAUSED BY THE HOUSE NEXT
DOOR BURNING TO THE GROUND. THE HOME
WAS LOCKED AND NO INTERIOR INSPECTION
WAS DONE. OBSERVATION THROUGH THE
WINDOWS SHOWED NO MAJOR CEILING
PROBLEMS. THE WALLS AND FLOORS ALSO
APPEAR TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE
EAST SIDE OF THE HOME NEEDS SOME REPAIR
TO ROTTED SIDING AND A COAT OF PAINT TO
PREVENT WATER FROM SOAKING INTO IT AND
CREATING FUTURE PROBLEMS. THE ROOF IS
IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND SHOULD BE
DONE SOON TO PREVENT INTERIOR WALL OR
CEILING DAMAGE. THERE ALSO NEEDS TO BE
STAIRS FOR THE WEST SIDE ENTRY DOOR.
