FOUND A JAMES ROSS, 699-1005, ACTUALLY
LIVES IN THE HOME FOR MANY YEARS. HE
DIDN'T PAY THE TAXES AND THE PROPERTY
HAS BEEN SOLD THROUGH TAX DEED SALE. HE
HAS NO WATER EXCEPT BACK FEED FROM THE
YARD AND HE SAYS HE HAS WATER. THE HOME
IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS IF NOT CONDEMNED.
HE IS AN ELDERLY MAN AND LIVES BY
HIMSELF. HE'S NOT SURE WHERE HE CAN GO
NOW THAT THE HOUSE HAS SOLD. HE WAS
GIVEN THE NEW OWNERS NAME AND NUMBER.
ASKED IF HE COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HELP
HIM REMOVE THE HORT. TRASH OUT FRONT AND
HE SAYS NO. THE NEIGHBOR ACROSS MAY BE
ABLE TO HELP HIM GET IT BAGGED OR
REMOVED. TOLD MR. ROSS THAT I WOULD GET
WITH THE HOUSING DEPT. AND SEE IF THERE
IS ANYTHING THEY CAN DO FOR HIM AND GET

SOME NUMBERS TO CALL FOR CLEAN UP AND HE
WILL COME AND CHECK IT OUT /AH
