DRYWALL HAS BEEN REPAIRED IN SEVERAL
ROOMS AND TWO WINDOWS HAVE BEEN
REPLACED. SMOKE DETECTORS HAVE BEEN
INSTALLED AND GFI RECEPTACLES HAVE BEEN
INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM.
THE ONLY ITEMS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE
REPAIRS ARE: 1. HOOK UP DRAINS FOR THE
KITCHEN SINK AND BATH VANITY TUB; 2.
CHECK SMOKE DETECTORS FOR PROPER
OPERATION; 3. NEEDS A BLANK COVER FOR
THE ELECTRIC PANEL; AND LOCATE OR
INSTALL CLEANOUT FOR SEWER DRAINS. THE
OWNER WILL CALL WHEN REPAIRS ARE
COMPLETE AND READY TO INSPECT.

11-30-200606:20 PMINITIAL INSPECTIONTHIS UNIT IS AN ABANDONED WOOD FRAME
HOME WITH WOOD RAFTER ROOF SYSTEM AND
WOODEN FLOOR SYSTEM. THE ROOF HAS
SHINGLES ON IT IN FAIR CONDITION BUT
THERE ARE OLD SIGNS OF LEAKS AND SOME
WALL DAMAGE. THE EXTERIOR WALL HAS
MASONITE SIDING OVER THE OLD STUD WALLS.
THE WALL SYSTEM HAS SEVERAL WEAK SPOTS
IN IT AND THE EXTERIOR WALL SHOWS SIGNS
OF ROTTED BEAMS AS WALL DIPS IN PLACES.
THE NORTH END OF THE HOME HAS THE MOST
DAMAGE AND THE NORTH EAST CORNER DROPS
3-4 INCHES ACROSS THE ROOM. DUE TO THE
COST OF REPAIRS IT IS NOT FEASIBLE TO DO
SO. I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM THE SITE.
