WITH A WOOD RAFTER ROOF SYSTEM WITH
SHINGLES. THE ROOF HAS HAD LEAKS FOR
SOME TIME AND AS A RESULT THE SHEATHING
IS ROTTEN OVER MOST OF THE ROOF.
SEVERAL AREAS OF CEILING HAVE FALLEN
DOWN AND MANY PIECES OF THE WALL
COVERING HAVE FALLEN ALSO. THE INTERIOR
WALLS HAVE DAMAGE TO THEM DUE TO WATER
DAMAGE. THE HOME IS AN OLDER UNIT WITH
NO REINFORCEMENT IN THE OUTSIDE WALLS,
THERE ARE SEVERAL CRACKS IN THESE WALLS.
THE FRONT DOOR AND JAMB ARE LOOSE AGAIN
DUE TO ROTTEN WOOD AND AGING. THE
WINDOWS ARE MISSING OR BROKEN OUT OF
THEIR FRAMES. DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT
OF REPAIRS NEEDED, I WOULD RECOMMEND
REMOVAL FROM THE SITE SINCE THE ENTIRE
HOME WOULD HAVE TO BE UPDATED TO CURRENT
CODE REQUIREMENTS.
