FORECLOSED ON. MR. AVALONS SOLD THIS
PROPERTY TO JOSE BEDOLLA WITH
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS AND DIDN'T REALIZE
THAT MR. BEDOLLA DIDN'T KEEP UP WITH THE
TAXES OR THE PROPERTY. EXPLAINED TO MR.
AVALONS THAT THERE ARE BACK TAXES DUE
AND TWO LIENS AND THAT THE STRUCTURE IS
TO BE COMING DOWN SOON FROM A COUNTY
LIEN PLACED TO CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY.
MR. AVALONS IS LOOKING INTO SEEING IF HE
WANTS TO PAY ALL BACK TAXES AND ALL
LIENS ON THIS PROPERTY. HE ASKED IF THE
SEPTIC CAN BE SAVED AND THEN HE MAY PAY
ALL DEBTS AND GET LAWYER TO SEEK
PROPERTY BACK SINCE MR. BEDOLLA DIDN'T
PAY HIM IN FULL. CALLED FORMAN'S THEY
HAVE NOT STARTED PROJECT TO DEMO AND
HAVE OTHER ADDRESSES TO DO, SO ASKED
THEM TO NOT DO THIS ADDRESS UNTIL MYSELF
OR TOMMY'S CALLS THEM IN A WEEK OR SO.
MR. AVALONS IS GOING TO GO TO HEALTH
DEPT. AND GET INSPECTION OF SEPTIC TO
SEE IF IT CAN BE USED OR IF IT HAS TO BE
ABANDONED. IF IT HAS TO BE ABANDONED
THEN HE IS NOT GOING TO PAY FEES. MR.
AVALONS OR SON ROBERTO IS GOING TO BRING
LETTER FROM HEALTH DEPT FROM THE
INSPECTION. IF GOOD THEN WE WILL ASK
FORMANS TO SAVE SEPTIC. GAVE MR.
AVALONS TWO WEEKS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.

THERE ARE SEVERAL ROTTED PLACES IN THE
FLOOR AND CEILING FROM AN EXTENDED
PERIOD OF LEAKING. THE EAST WALL HAS
SOME ROTTED AREAS IN IT AROUND WINDOWS.
CEILING SHOWS SIGNS OF LEAKS IN ALL
ROOMS. THE FRONT DOOR AND JAMB ARE
BROKEN AND SEVERAL WINDOWS DO NOT
OPERATE. I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM SITE
AS UNIT IS BEYOND REPAIR.
