BE OKAY. EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT HE CAN CUT
THEM DOWN OR PLACE IN A CAN OR TIE IT
AND CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICK UP AND THEY
CAN PICK IT UP ON TRASH DAY. HE FEELS
THAT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BUNDLE OR TIE
OR CALL FOR PICK UP. EXPLAIN THAT HE

10-27-06 TO CLEAN IT UP OR DECLARING A
NUSIANCE. ALSO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT NO
TRASH OR DEBRIS CAN BE PLACED ACROSS THE
