HOME IS NOW BEGINNING TO SHOW SIGNS OF
NEGLECT AND APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN VACANT
SINCE THE LAST INSPECTION. THERE ARE
SIGNS OF ROTTING WALLS AND BOTTOM WALL
PLATES WHERE THE SIDING HAS COME LOOSE
AND THE NE CORNER ALSO HAS ROTTEN WOOD
ON THE SIDE FLOOR BEAMS. THERE IS A
ROOM ADDITION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
BUILDING THAT HAS A ROOF LEAK IN THE
CORNER OF THE ROOM. THIS LEAK RUNS DOWN
THE WALL SECTION TO THE FLOOR. IF IT IS
NOT REPAIRED THE ROOF AND WALL WILL ROT
OUT AND THE ROOM WILL NEED TO BE
REMOVED. THERE IS A SECTION OF THE ROOF
COVERING ON THE NW PART OF THE ROOF THAT
IS ATTACHED TO THE MOBILE HOME THAT ALSO
HAS LEAKS AND WILL SOON FALL DOWN DUE TO
INCORRECT SIZE OF WOOD SUPPORTS USED TO
CONSTRUCT THE ROOF AND THE DAMAGE DONE
BY THE WATER LEAKS. THERE IS A WOOD
FRAME SHED BUILT IN THE BACK YARD THAT
DOES NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE
SIDE WALLS AND ROOF HAVE SEVERAL AREAS
THAT ARE ROTTED AND TERMITES ARE PRESENT
IN ALL EXTERIOR WALLS. THIS STRUCTURE IS
A HIDING PLACE FOR RODENTS AND NEEDS TO
BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY DUE TO
UNSAFE CONDITIONS.
