DID NOT APPEAR TO BE PROPERLY TIED DOWN.
A:WOULD RECOMMEND THAT WE DEEM MH UNSAFE FOR
LIVING CONDITIONS AFTER ALTERNATIVE LIVING FOUND
FOR THE ELDERLY WOMEN.

TRAILER AND ONTO NEXT LOT.
