THAT IS APPROXIMATELY 20X50. THIS
STRUCTURE WAS USED AS A GROW HOUSE.
THERE IS ELECTRICAL WIRING THAT IS NOT
TO CODE AND THERE ARE TWO ROOMS THAT
WERE CONSTRUCTED INSIDE THE BARN. THE
ROOF SYSTEM IS IN FAIR CONDITION, BUT
DOES NEED SOME GALVANIZED ROOF PANS
REPLACED. SOME OF THE WOOD ON THE
EXTERIOR IS ROTTED AND NEEDS REPAIR.
THE BARN COULD BE REPAIRED FOR
AGRICULTURAL USE ONLY, BUT IT IS NOT
SAFE IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION. ALL
ELECTRICAL THAT IS NOT TO CODE AND THE
GROW ROOMS WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND
ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS MADE BEFORE
STRUCTURE WOULD BE SAFE TO USE. ON THE
SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY IS
ANOTHER BARN STRUCTURE THAT IS
APPROXIMATELY 15X30. THIS STRUCTURE IS
BEYOND REPAIR. THE ROOF SYSTEM AND
BEARING WALLS ARE COMPLETELY ROTTED AND
THE BUILDING IS ON THE VERGE OF
COLLAPSE. THIS BUILDING IS NOT SAFE AND
NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED.

THERE ARE 2 BROKEN WINDOWS ON THE FRONT
AND REAR OF THE HOME. THE METAL ROOF
SYSTEM IS IN POOR CONDITION AND NEEDS TO
BE REPLACED. THE INTERIOR WALLS IN THE
LIVING ROOM ARE WATER STAINED FROM
WINDOW LEAKS. THERE ARE SEVERAL STAINS
ON THE CEILINGS FROM THE ROOF LEAKING.
THERE ARE EXPOSED WIRES ON THE KITCHEN
BACK SPLASH AND UNDER THE STAIRWAY. THE
HOME IS VACANT AND THERE IS ROTTING FOOD
LEFT IN THE KITCHEN AREA. THERE IS NO
ELECTRIC CONNECTED TO THE HOME. THIS
HOME IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION IS A
HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD. IT IS IN NEED
OF MAJOR REPAIRS BEFORE IT WOULD BE SAFE
TO OCCUPY. I RECOMMEND THE HOME BE
REPAIRED OR DEMOLISHED.
