SIDING AND BARING WALL STUDS ARE GONE.
MOST OF THE ROOF SHEATHING IS GONE.
THE
EXPOSED CONVENTIONAL ROOF SYSTEM IS
STRUCTURALLY NOT SAFE AND IS AT RISK OF
COLLAPSING. THE INTERIOR FLOOR HAS
ROTTED THROUGH IN MOST OF THE
STRUCTURE.
THER ARE NO INTERIOR WALLS REMAINING,
EXCEPT FOR (1) ROOM THAT SOMEONE HAS
PLACED A MATTRESS IN. THIS STRUCTURE IS
NON-REPAIRABLE AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED
TO MEET CODE. IT IS A
HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD AND NEEDS TO BE
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY.
