A MATTER OF LAW AND OF NO FURTHER LEGAL
FORCE AND EFFECT.” FILING A SATISFACTION
OF LIEN WOULD DO NO HARM. THE COUNTY
WOULD NOT PURSUE COLLECTION OF THE LIEN
AGAINST ITSELF EVEN IF THE LIEN HAD
