THERE. EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT SY
RECOMMENDS REMOVING THE REST OF THE
WALLS AND THAT I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE
PROPERTY TO SALE, SINCE THIS HAS BEEN
DAMAGED SINCE 2004. EXPLAINED TO HIM I
WOULD BE COMING SOON, THAT HE NEEDS TO

IN THE JANUARY 26, 2005 REPORT FROM
FRODGE ENGINEERING. THE FRONT KNEE WALL
HAS CRACKS IN IT BUT STEEL BEAM ABOVE IS
SUPPORTED BY TWO 4X4 STEEL POSTS AT MID
SPAN AND EACH END OF THE BEAM IS BEARING
ON THE BLOCK WALL WITH WELD PLATES
EMBEDDED IN POURED LINTEL. IT APPEARS
THERE HAS BEEN NO ATTEMPT TO REPAIR OR
REBUILD THE STRUCTURE, PER METHODS
DESCRIBED IN THE 2005 ENGINEER'S REPORT.
I RECOMMEND THAT THE REMAINING WALLS BE
REMOVED AND THE SITE CLEANED UP.

TO MOW AND HE SAID HE WILL WHEN THE
PROPERTY DRIES UP FROM STORM FAY AND HE
