CONDITION AS WELL AS INTERIOR STUD
WALLS. APPROXIMATELY 1/3 OF THE ROOF
SHEATHING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND NEW
SHINGLES APPLIED. IT DOES NOT APPEAR
ANY WORK IS BEING DONE AT THE PRESENT
TIME. I LEFT A YELLOW TAG TO CHECK WITH
THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT IF REPAIRS ARE
TO BE COMPLETED.
